• Which designers are available in the salon?
Anna DaFonte features high-end international designers. Beautiful gowns by Reem Acra and Elizabeth Fillmore are available exclusively in Australia at Anna DaFonte.
• Can I purchase veils and headpieces at the salon?
To complete your look, a selection of veils and headpieces by designer Tia Mazza are available.
• Where is the boutique?
The salon is located at 53 Jersey Road, Woollahra NSW 2025.
• How long does an appointment take?
Please allow one hour for initial consultations. The salon is ‘by appointment’ which means you will have the boutique entirely to yourself to ensure you feel special and have our undivided attention.
• How do I make an appointment?
Please contact the salon on (02) 9362 3219 to make an appointment.
• Is there a cancellation fee for my appointment?
No, Anna DaFonte does not charge a fee should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to do so, as this provides us with enough time to offer your appointment time to someone else.
• What is the price range of the gowns?
The gowns range from $4,000-$15,000 AUD. Please note, that Anna DaFonte aims to price their gowns at US Recommended Retail Prices (plus taxes) in order to offer gowns that are comparably priced with purchasing internationally. Gown prices are also inclusive of all fittings and alterations.
• Are you able to source particular gowns for me?
Anna DaFonte can order a gown for you if we do not have it in store.
• Does Anna DaFonte provide a tailoring service?
Yes, all fittings and alterations are provided. Gown prices are inclusive of all fittings and alterations. The first fitting is usually three weeks out from your wedding, the second is two weeks out and the final fitting is in the week leading up to the wedding. This ensures that your gown fits perfectly on your wedding day! (Interstate brides please note that we can be flexible with your fitting schedule to save you several trips to Sydney!)
• Can I have a fabric swatch?
Once you place an order, we will send you a fabric swatch of your gown to assist you in sourcing other elements of your wedding, such as bridesmaid gowns, flowers etc.
• Can I take photos of the gowns?
In order to respect the creative integrity of our designers, we do not allow photographs to be taken of the gowns. However, once an order has been placed, a photograph of that particular gown may be taken.
• Do I have to pay the full amount when placing a gown order?
50% deposit is required to place an order, with the balance payable once your gown arrives in store.
• How much time do I need to order a gown?
Ideally, we require six months production time to allow for an order to be processed; have the gown shipped and then fitted in the lead up to your wedding. However, should you fall in love with one of our gowns we will do our utmost to assist you. Rush orders are possible!
